Epsom or 4 salts

A round about way of detoxing through the skin without doing dry heat saunas is to take a bath with a big scoop (I use about a Cup) of Epsom salts(cheap at Walmart) or 4salts (phmiracle). Also makes your skin feel so soft.

I love vegan ice cream. It is really easy to make, but let's face it, right now in my life I need easier than easy. So I have come up with this, it whips up in two seconds and is equal to chocolate ice cream. It does have quite a bit of sugar so it's definitely a treat.
