Sicky Season

We are coming upon the Sicky Season for our families. If you or your child is sick , check with your doctor first and then there are some things you can do to be self reliant:





#1 Make a good healing soup with a bone broth base and good healing veggies.
basil, oregano, tumeric and real salt. Also great to make a ginger honey lemon tea to sip on:)

Healing Soup

1 chopped onion
4 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp shredded ginger root
2 tbsp coconut or avocado oil
Bone broth from scratch or you can use bone broth packs from Dr. Axe

Veggies chopped: 

4 stalks celery
2 carrots
1 med zucchini
peas
green beans
cauliflower
cabbage

Herbs:

1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp crushed rosemary
1/2 tsp basil

Saute onion,garlic and ginger in oil in bottom of soup pot. Slowly add other veggies starting with the dense ones first. Add plenty of water or your bone broth to top of pot. Add herbs 15-20 min after soup has melded flavors. Enjoy!


#2 Use healing herbs like goldenseal, echinachea, vitamin C, tumeric, and oregano (phmlife.com)_

#3 Use natural antibiotics such as colloidal silver (phmlife.com), grape seed extract, colostrum and probiotic


And make sure you get plenty of rest and give yourself a Epsom Salt bath or two:)
