Nuts Seeds...

As a quick healthy snack eat raw seeds and nuts...but even better... take some glass jars, rinse your seeds and or nuts and place them in the fridge. This increases the oxygen, removes harmful coatings and makes them more easily digestible for sensitive tummies. Try soaking your seeds and nuts for a quick snack, top on salads,wraps or an add in to any meal.
