Berry Morn

We love berries and we often make this yummy shake in the morning or with dinner to get lots of fresh veggies, other good oils and protein in our kidlets...

Berry Morn

1 english cucumber
3 stalks organic celery
1 avocado
2 big handfuls organic mixed greens...spinach kale collards etc..
juice of 2-3 limes
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 C organic unsweetened kefir (opt)
1 C org almond milk
1 C org coconut milk
1 C org coconut water or grapefruit juice
1 C frozen mixed berries

Blend in blender and Enjoy!
