Ashr Muesli

Ashr Muesli

4 C raw GF Oats, and or raw buckwheat
4-5 C organic coconut milk (or almond)
1/2 C sliced almonds

1/8 C raw pumpkin seeds, sunflower ,sesame and hemp seeds and chia
1/2 C raw shredded org coconut
Sweeten with honey or a bit of coconut sugar and cinnamon to taste:)

Combine all ingredients, let it sit overnight in a large bowl covered in the fridge for at least an hour or leave it overnight for a yummy morning meal. This makes quite a bit, so you can feed your whole family. Top with fresh berries, walnuts or whatever your heart desires:)
