Having gluten and dairy intolerance's in our family, this is a fun new recipe we tried this week at our cousins that the kids enjoy!
Mac and Chasheweeze
*Prep gluten free mac according to package. We have tried brown rice, quinoa, lentil or eikhorn.
Sauce:
2 C cashews
1 tsp real salt
1/4 C avocado oil
1/2 C org coconut milk
1 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon
*Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve over noodles with a salad:)
